Do I need to have everything ready before contacting you?
Not at all! Many clients contact us with just a basic idea of what they want. During our consultation, we'll help you clarify your needs, goals, and requirements. We can also help with content creation, photography, and other services you might need.
What information should I prepare for our consultation?
It's helpful to have: basic information about your business, examples of websites you like (or don't like), any existing brand materials (logos, colors, etc.), an idea of your budget and timeline, and your main goals for the website. But don't worry if you don't have everything - we'll guide you through the process.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes, absolutely! We offer free consultations with no strings attached. Whether you decide to work with us or not, you'll get valuable advice about your website needs. We believe in building relationships, not pressuring people into buying.
Understanding Our Pricing
How much does a website cost?
Our websites start at £999 for a professional single-page site. Most businesses choose our Business package at £1,499, which includes up to 10 pages and additional features. E-commerce sites start at £2,299. All prices include hosting, email, and support for the first year.
Are there any hidden costs?
No hidden costs whatsoever. Our prices include everything listed in each package: design, development, hosting, email, SSL certificate, training, and support. The only additional costs would be if you choose optional add-on services like photography or logo design.
What happens after the first year?
After your first year of included hosting and support, you can continue with our hosting and maintenance services for £199-£449 per year (depending on your package), or you can take your website elsewhere. You own your website completely.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes! We offer several payment options: Full payment (5% discount), 50% to start and 50% on completion, three payments (50% start, 25% midpoint, 25% completion), or 6-month payment plans for projects over £1,000.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your website after launch, we'll refund your payment. We're confident in our work, but we want you to feel completely secure in your investment.
Why are your prices lower than some agencies?
We've streamlined our process and use premium WordPress themes as a foundation, which allows us to deliver professional results efficiently. We're not "cheap" - we're efficient. You get the same quality as expensive agencies, but delivered faster and more affordably.
How We Build Your Website
How long does it take to build a website?
Most websites are completed within 14 days. Simple single-page sites can be done in 7-10 days, while complex e-commerce sites might take 18-21 days. We'll give you a specific timeline during your consultation.
What if the website takes longer than promised?
If we don't deliver on time due to delays on our end, we'll refund 20% of your project cost. However, delays are rare because we've refined our process over hundreds of projects.
Can I see examples of websites you've built?

What if I don't like the design?
We include revisions in our process and won't move forward until you're happy with the design. We start by showing you WordPress theme options and get your approval before beginning customization.
Can you match a specific design I've seen?
We can create designs inspired by sites you like, but we don't copy other websites exactly. We'll discuss what you like about specific designs and incorporate those elements into a unique design for your business.
Do I need to provide content for my website?
You can provide your own content, or we can help create it for you. Many clients provide basic information and we help refine and organize it. Professional copywriting is available as an add-on service.

We specialize in WordPress, the world's most popular website platform. WordPress powers over 40% of all websites because it's reliable, secure, and easy to manage. You'll be able to update your website yourself after we train you.
Will my website be secure?
Yes, security is a priority. Every website includes: SSL certificate (the padlock in browsers), security plugins to prevent hacking, regular updates to WordPress and plugins, daily backups stored securely, and firewall protection.
How fast will my website load?
We optimize every website for speed. Most of our sites load in under 3 seconds, which meets Google's recommendations. Speed optimization includes image compression, code optimization, and caching setup.
What about search engine optimization (SEO)?
Basic SEO is included in all packages: proper page titles, meta descriptions, URL structure, and XML sitemaps. We also set up Google Analytics and Search Console. Advanced SEO services are available separately.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes! WordPress is designed to be user-friendly. We provide training so you can easily add pages, update content, upload images, and make other changes. You don't need technical knowledge.
What if something breaks on my website?
We provide support to fix any issues. During your first year, technical support is included. After that, we offer affordable maintenance packages, or you can work with any WordPress developer.
Ongoing Support & Maintenance
How do I update my website after it's finished?
We provide training on how to use WordPress to update your content, add pages, upload images, and manage your website. We also provide written guides and video tutorials. Most clients find it very easy to manage their own updates.
What kind of ongoing support do you provide?
Your first year includes: hosting and email service, technical support for any issues, WordPress and plugin updates, security monitoring, and basic troubleshooting help.
Can you add features to my website later?
Absolutely! Websites can grow with your business. We can add new pages, features, integrations, or even e-commerce functionality to existing sites. We'll quote any additions clearly upfront.
What if I want to move my website to another host?
No problem! You own your website completely. We can provide a full backup of your website files and database that any other hosting company can use. We'll even help with the transition if needed.
Do you provide training on using my website?
Yes, training is included in every package: Starter (1 hour), Business (2 hours), E-commerce (3 hours). Training is done via video call, and we provide written guides and resources too.
What happens if you go out of business?
Since your website is built on WordPress, it can be maintained by any WordPress developer. You're not locked into working with us. However, we've been growing steadily and plan to be here for many years!
