Do I need to provide content and images?
Yes, we work best when you provide your business content and images. We'll guide you on what content we need during the discovery phase.
What happens after my website launches?
Your package includes 1 year of hosting, maintenance, and support. After the first year, you can renew annually (see Annual Renewal Pricing above). During your first year, you'll receive support hours based on your package: 2 hours for Starter, 4 hours for Business, and 6 hours for E-commerce.
Can I upgrade my package later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade your package at any time. If you start with Starter and want to add e-commerce or more pages later, we'll credit your initial payment toward the upgrade.
What if I need changes after the website is complete?
Minor changes are covered during your free support period. For larger changes or additions after this period, we offer hourly rates or monthly maintenance packages. We'll always provide a quote before any additional work.
What happens after the first year?
After your first year, you can renew your hosting and maintenance package annually. Renewal pricing is £399/year for Starter, £599/year for Business, and £899/year for E-commerce. This includes hosting, security updates, WordPress maintenance, backups, and ongoing support. You can also choose to move your site to another host if you prefer.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer flexible payment options. You can pay 50% upfront and 50% on completion, or spread the cost over 3 months with no additional fees. Contact us to discuss the best option for you.
