1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Lost End Found Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

All services are provided according to the specifications agreed upon in the project proposal and contract.

3. Project Process

3.1 Timeline

Our standard delivery timeline is 14 days from project commencement. This timeline begins after:

Receipt of initial deposit
Provision of all required content and materials
Approval of initial design concepts

3.2 Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide all necessary content, images, and information
Respond to requests for feedback within 48 hours
Provide access to existing website/hosting if required
Make timely payments according to the agreed schedule

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Schedule:

50% deposit upon project commencement
50% final payment upon project completion
Alternative payment plans available upon request

4.2 Late Payments:

Payments not received within 7 days of the due date may result in suspension of services. Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per month.

4.3 Refund Policy:

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests must be made in writing within 30 days of project completion. Refunds do not include third-party costs (domains, hosting, licenses).

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership:

Upon final payment, the client owns all rights to the final website design and content created specifically for their project. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio.

5.2 Third-Party Materials:

Any third-party materials (stock photos, fonts, plugins) remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their licensing terms.

5.3 Code and Frameworks:

We retain the rights to any proprietary code, frameworks, or methodologies developed prior to or independently of the project.

6. Warranties and Limitations

6.1 Service Warranty:

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We will correct any defects in our work at no additional charge for 30 days after delivery.

6.2 Limitation of Liability:

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6.3 No Guarantee of Results:

While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific results such as search rankings, traffic levels, or sales conversions.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information received during the course of the project. This includes business strategies, customer data, financial information, and technical specifications.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. Upon termination:

Client pays for all work completed to date
We deliver all completed work and materials
Both parties return any confidential materials

9. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Websites for Small Businesses from any claims arising from: content provided by the client, unauthorized use of third-party materials, or violations of applicable laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
